Orders may take up to 3 business days (from date of order) before they are processed and dispatched out of our warehouse. After dispatch, please allow an additional delay of up to 10 business days shipping time with Australia Post. We understand the urgency and are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $19 in Australia; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of:
$7.95 for deliveries in Australia
Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.95 in Australia.
Your products are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
After your order has been dispatched, for most deliveries you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online.
Shipping Schedule: Orders placed before 3:00PM (AEST Mon-Fri), should be packed and dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend should be packed and dispatched on Tuesdays.
Delivery times for standard shipping option delivery is 2-7 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA.
In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.
Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

RETURN POLICY
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of masks and filters.
